Carla Grace Fajardo (She/Her) is a queer multidisciplinary artist and educator whose creative journey spans film, theater, dance, and visual media. Initially drawn to musical theater through high school performances in choir and dance, she eventually pursued cinema studies at SFSU, where she fell in love with film theory and Asian American studies. Her involvement with PACE (Pilipinx American Collegiate Endeavors) sparked a deep connection to Philippine folk dance, leading her to train and teach across multiple genres. After the pandemic paused her teaching, she returned to film as a full time freelance hair and makeup artist. She has worked with notable companies and brands such as Google, Apple, Chime, BOX, Benefit Cosmetics, and Lululemon.

In the past couple of years, her love for theater pulled her back to Bindlestiff Studio, a Filipinx-American theater company. It has reigniting her passion for performance and reconnecting her to teaching Philippine folk dance in the local SF United school district and for afterschool program. Recently, she is expanding her film practice to combine traditional live action filmmaking with in rotoscope animation, shadow puppetry, and dance. Her artistic practice is rooted in exploration, fluidity, and storytelling inspired by her lived experience.
